Baked Oatmeal (by Diane Newmoyer)

Ingredients: 1/2 c. oil 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 3 c. quick oats 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 c. milk   Instructions: Cream egg, sugar & oil.  Add all other ingredients.
