Reduce Ovarian Cancer By Eating These Foods:

I just watched Dr. Oz and it was very informative today. He said that by eating the following foods, you can reduce your chances of getting ovarian cancer:

1.) Breakfast – Oatmeal

2.) Lunch – Spinach(or any bright colored vegetable – kale, tomatoes, etc)

3.) Dinner – Broccoli or cauliflower
