Easy Lasagna


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (26 ounce) jar Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef in 12-inch skillet; drain. (Remember to brown the beef – It adds more flavor!) Stir in pasta sauce and heat through.
  2. Combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and eggs in large bowl.
  3. Spread 1 cup meat sauce (hamburger and pasta sauce) in 13 x 9-inch baking dish evenly. Arrange 4 lasagna noodles lengthwise over sauce, then top with 1 cup meat sauce and 1/2 of the cheese mixture; repeat, ending with sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Great for the first time lasagna makers. Serve with a salad and garlic bread. Makes a nice yummy dinner!
