Quick Tips To Help You Slim Down in 2010:

1. Smaller portion sizes
2. Eat slower
3. Divide your plate (1/2 veggies and fruits, 1/4 lean protein, 1/4 whole grain carbs)
4. Take half your meal home for lunch/dinner the next day
5. Use smaller plates
6. Leave food on your plate
7. Write down what you eat
8. Make a healthy grocery list and stick to it.

These are basic tips that will help you stick to a diet, or just become a healthier you!
