Diet Mistakes

Hi… I am learned (by my mistakes) that certain foods that claim to be good for you are not! Here are some foods that you might think will help you loose weight:

Artificial Sweeteners (Splenda, Equal, etc)                                                                                                             

Diet Drinks

Packages Diet Foods like Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, etc

Fake Butter

All these products are made from chemicals that actually confuse the liver and make the body retain and store fat.

Also, the myth that whole grains, soy products and other products such as orange juice, helps you drop pounds is just that…. a myth! These products actually do the opposite. They cause your body to produce insulin because they spike your suger levels. When your body produces insulin to makes your body store fat and then makes you feel hungry again. It’s a horrible cycle! I hope this makes you loose those unwanted pounds. Remember…. foods that have the fewest amounts of ingredients are better for you and always exercise!
