Being happy!

Life is too short not to be happy! Close your eyes and imagine what you would change to make yourself happier. Maybe it is losing weight, making more money, eating health. Whatever it is, when you open your eyes, try and think what you can do to make it happen. If it is losing weight, stand up and go to the gym or for a walk. Once you get back you will feel so much better and better about yourself. You will not lose weight from working out once, but at that moment you will feel great about yourself. I am not sure how many of you watch the Rachael Ray show, but I am really impressed! This is a talk show, but without all the trashy topics and people. If you sit down and actually pay attention to the show, you will learn a lot of stuff, including recipes to make for dinner! I just love this show! Anyways, if you have not watching her talk show, give it a try! Just my advise! … Read entire article »

Our plan to to travel all over the US (again!) and stay in a cool city (mainly beach towns like Miami and San Diego) for about a year, then move on to the next city. In a few years (like 4 or 5) we can then settle down closer to family and start our family together. Now is the time for us to do it… so I think we should! Agree??? … Read entire article »

My Life is Changing!

Well today is the start of a new career for me! I started aesthetic and massage therapy school today, and I could not be more happy! After I graduated from college with a communication studies degree in December 2006, I moved to California to work at a software company. After almost 2 years of working in the corporate world, my fiancé and I decided to move to Alexandria, VA. We moved for my fiancé’s job, leaving me jobless! With that said, I took my advise and decided to follow my dreams of owning my own spa. Today is a day that I can actually say that I am pursuing my dreams. Now after a few months, I am not sure if I will still be this happy going to school again, … Read entire article »
