Tips to Reduce Acne:

  1. Wash your face at least once a day. (I suggest while you are in the shower.)

  2. If you moisturize at night before bed, don’t apply lotion to the entire face – just on the problem areas, like around the eyes. (This allows the skin to breathe!)

  3. If you do have a breakout, leave it alone! Don’t go out and buy all these products to help it. More than likely it will just irritate the skin, making it longer to clear up.

  4. Find a good face wash and stick to it.

  5. After the cleanser step, use a good toner. This returns the skin to its natural pH and helps to cleanse the face even more.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Remember – you are what you eat! Eat fresh foods like fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water!
