Do what makes you happy

Why do something you don’t love to do? Many people have jobs that they dread going to. Why put yourself though the pain and grief? I know why… because you work for money and you have to have money to live. That’s all a given. I have learned that even though I have to work, I can still be happy with my job, even if that means finding a new job. No, I don’t mean you have to go out and start looking for new jobs to be happy, but that may be an option. Roasted Rosemary New Potatoes

3 lbs. small red skinned new potatoes 3/4 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. lemon zest, grated 2 tsp. rosemary Salt and pepper Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Quarter potatoes and arrange in baking dish in single layer. Salt and pepper potatoes as desired. Combine butter, lemon juice and lemon zest in a saucepan and heat until butter is melted. Baked Spaghetti Pizza

Peppermint candy

The only measured thing is for one batch, one bag of white chocolate morsels. Everything else is to your taste. You will need about a teaspoon of peppermint extract and crushed up peppermint candy/candy canes. 1. Boil water over a double-boiler 2. Crush candy/candy canes 3. Melt chocolate over double-boiler 4.
