Jambalaya Re-mix

1 pkg. breakfast sausage (prefer hot)
1 box  Jambalaya mix rice
1 can pineapple cutlets, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans
Cook rice as directed on box. Brown sausage in a pan; drain.  In a pot combine all ingredients. Let it slow cook on low to medium for about 20 minutes to maximize flavor.
