Fried Fish

4 fish fillets (any type)
1 cup Cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/2 milk
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. butter
Mix milk and egg together. Dip fish into egg mixture and coat in cracker crumbs with salt and pepper. Fry in butter until brown (about 5 minutes on each side).
